What types of awards do you offer?

We offer many styles of medals, plaques, and trophies, only limited by our client’s imagination.  Do you have an idea for a unique style award?  Let us know your ideas and we will design something to meet your needs.   


I know exactly what I want for the award and only need you to build it.  Is that okay?

Yes, we can take your design and build your awards. Provide us with hi-res graphic files and choose the materials and we will produce the awards as you request.  (Note: some changes to the design may need to be made due to material limitations or structural issues.)


What if I want a cool custom award but have no idea what it should look like?

Not a problem… a big part of our work is designing, and we enjoy coming up with unique products so letting us do that work gives us a much-wanted challenge.  Many times, we can just review the details of the event you are hosting and come up with something for you.  You can also make suggestions or provide rough sketches of any ideas you may be batting around, and we can elaborate on those.  Once we finalize a design, we will submit a sample for your approval.


Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No job is too small.  Our specialty is customization, and we put quality ahead of quantity.


Do have a maximum quantity limit for an order?

Although we don’t put out a hard limit to job size, our customers should understand that we are not in the business to churn out large orders.  Due to our customization and attention to detail, our products take more time to make than the mass-produced options out there, so a large order would require a much longer lead time and associated expenses.  All that aside, if you do have a large order request and want awards with the prestigious caliber of an Oak Hill Customs award, feel free to contact us and we can provide a quote for the work and estimated time to completion.


How much time before an event do you need to receive an order request?

Obviously, the earlier the better… especially if significant design work is involved.  Contacting us at least 6 months before the date will usually give us enough time for design work, approval process, material ordering, and manufacturing.  If you have a shorter lead time required, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your event.  Although we can normally complete the entire process in less than 30 days for smaller orders, it’s never a guarantee so the sooner the better.
